In this 7-week online program, called ‘Let’s Talk ADHD‘, you will learn skills and tools for managing challenges associated with ADHD in adulthood.
Designed for adults aged 18+. This program utilizes behavioural and cognitive strategies to help address challenges associated with attention and executive functions, such as time management, focus, planning, and motivation. Also discussed in the program are negative thinking patterns and anxiety that can so often co-occur in adults who struggle with ADHD.
