Social-Emotional Skills Program
This program is designed to help your Grade 4-6 student learn skills to make friends and handle their emotions.
Some kids have trouble building healthy peer relationships and understanding their emotions.

About the Program
- Our program is rooted in CASEL’s Social-Emotional Learning framework
What to expect?
- Twice a week sessions over a period of eight weeks. Each session is 90 minutes long.
- Discussions, modelling, role-playing, games, and fun activities.
- Focus on building and maintaining friendships, communication, emotional regulation, social problem-solving, positive thinking, and building confidence.

CanLearn Friends is offered in schools throughout the year. Fall, winter and spring programming is available.
