Adult Foundational Learning Program

This program is designed for anyone who needs a refresher on some of the most common basic math skills. It will help you do everyday math with ease. In addition, if you are wanting to pursue your General Education Diploma (GED) or high school upgrading or trying to enter the workplace then this program will be helpful to you.

What can you expect?

  • Meet with an instructor one-on-one or in a small group each week
  • Go at your own pace and build what you already know
  • Gain confidence with numbers and learn how to apply math skills to everyday tasks
Adult foundational learners often have learning differences or disabilities. Our instructors are trained to help learners navigate these learning challenges.

Program Registration

The Basic Math for Adults Program is offered between September and June. As long as space remains in the program, you are welcome to join anytime!
